While it is our goal to never cancel a training course, unforeseen events occur. We reserve the right to cancel a training course for any reason and cannot assume reponsibility for hotel or travel cancellation fees or other incidental expenses.

All Knoxvile area courses will be taught as scheduled and there is no minimum number of participants required.

A minimum of two participants is required to teach a course outside of the Knoxville area. If there are not two registered participants by the time registration closes, we reserve the option to postpone the course and move it to the next scheduled course date in that city. Postponements can be minimized and incentives are available for registered participants who promote the course to their friends and colleagues. We teach in most out-of-town cities every four to six weeks in cases of postponement for lack of registered participants.

Tuition is non-refundable because a significant portion of the fees are spent to purchase medications and supplies for the course. Further, cancellations make it nearly impossible to establish if there will be enough participants for the course to go forward, possibly forcing cancellation of the entire scheduled course at the last minute. Please be sure you are available and willing to take the course on the date you select before you register. Also, please remember that registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to eight participants.

If you are forced to cancel for illness or family emergencies, you are free to reschedule for a later course if availability permits or send a licensed practitioner in your place. You must make financial arrangements with your substitute and he or she must register in advance.

Change of Location Policy:

We also may be forced to change course locations if the facility where the course is scheduled becomes unavailable for any reason. We will try to move to the closest location with acceptable accomodations.

Recording Policy

Copies of the PowerPoint presentation and all illustrations will be provided in your reference notebook and / or on your CD. For the protection of patient confidentiality and in an effort to minimize distraction from patient care, we ask that there be no audio or video recording during the course by course participants or volunteer patients.
